Bigfoot Industries, Inc.: LED Backlight Circuit Board Failure May Cause Fire

Bigfoot Industries, Inc. (Bigfoot) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Bigfoot B25RQ travel trailers. The LED backlight circuit board in the cooktop range may fail, causing the board to overheat.

A circuit board that overheats increases the risk of a fire.

Dealers will disconnect and cut the circuit powering the LED backlights and terminate the wiring, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed July 1, 2024. Owners may contact Bigfoot customer service at 1-250-546-2155.

Brinkley RV: Incorrectly Wired 12-Volt System May Cause Fire

Brinkley RV (Brinkley) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Model Z fifth wheels and Model Z-Air travel trailers. The 12-volt system may have been incorrectly wired without overcurrent protection and with undersized wiring for the refrigerator, which can result in overheating.

Overheated wiring can increase the risk of a fire.

Dealers will replace the wiring, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed in July 2024. Owners may contact Brinkley customer service at 1-574-501-4280. Brinkley's number for this recall is REC-2402.

Forest River, Inc.: Ladder May Detach While In Use

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Cross Trail motorhomes. The backer on the ladder receiver may not have been installed, which can cause the ladder to detach.

A ladder that detaches while in use increases the risk of injury.

Dealers will inspect and replace the ladder as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed July 14, 2024. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 574-825-8409 or 574-825-8487. Forest River's number for this recall is 215-1800.

Forest River, Inc.: Ladder May Detach While In Use

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Cross Trail motorhomes. The ladder receiver may have been incorrectly installed without the backer, which can cause the ladder to detach.

Forest River, Inc.: Missing Secondary Emergency Exit Window

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Salem, and Wildwood travel trailers. The affected vehicles may not have a secondary emergency exit installed.

In the event of an emergency, passengers may not be able to exit the vehicle, increasing the risk of injury.

Dealers will install an emergency exit window, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed August 7, 2024. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 574-534-3167. Forest River's number for this recall is 72-1805.

Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc.: Missing Spare Tire Wheel Bolts

Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2024 Tiffin Convoy, and 2023, 2025 Tiffin GH1 motorhomes. The wheel bolts for the spare tire may be missing.

A spare tire that is installed without the correct bolts can detach, increasing the risk of a crash.

Tiffin will mail the wheel bolts for the spare tire, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed August 30, 2024. Owners may contact Tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661. Tiffin's number for this recall is TIF-140.

Keystone RV Company: Incorrectly Attached Metal Sidewalls

Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2024 Springdale 245ML, Hideout 24L0F, Aspen Trail 260THLOFT, 360THLOFT, and Colorado 360THLOFT travel trailers. The metal sidewall may be incorrectly attached and come loose during transit.

Loose sidewalls that detach during transit can create a road hazard, increasing the risk of injury or crash.

Grand Design RV, LLC: Wiring Missing Circuit Protection

Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2024 Reflection travel trailers. The electrical wiring may be missing over current circuit protection.

Wiring without circuit protection may become damaged and short circuit, increasing the risk of a fire.

Forest River, Inc.: Incorrect Rim Information on Label/FMVSS 110

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2024 Forest River Salem, Wildwood, and Stealth EVO travel trailers. The Federal Placard may state an incorrect rim size. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 110, "Tire Selection and Rims."

An incorrect rim size on the label may result in the wrong wheels being installed, increasing the risk of a crash.

Dealers will install new Federal Placards, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 19, 2024. Owners may contact customer service at 1-503-831-5413. Forest River's number for this recall is 22-1808.

Forest River, Inc.: Hitch May Fail

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2024 Salem, Puma, Wildwood, and 2025 Cherokee travel trailers equipped with certain Pacific Rim brand couplers. The couplers have an incorrect load rating of 14,000 pounds and may be overloaded, causing the hitch to fail.

Hitch failure increases the risk of a crash or injury.

Triple E Recreational Vehicles: Floor Substructure Not Properly Secured

Triple E Recreational Vehicles (Triple E) is recalling certain 2020-2024 Wonder W24RL, W24FTB, W24MBL, and W24MB motorhomes. The floor structure to the crossmember may be inadequately secured, causing the generator to fall.

A generator that falls increases the risk of injury or crash.

Dealers will properly secure the floor structure to the crossmember, free of charge. Owner letters are expected to be mailed August 7, 2024. Owners may contact Triple E customer service at 1-204-325-4361. Triple E's number for this recall is CA#10556-1.

Winnebago Industries, Inc.: Solar Charging System May Melt Fuse

Winnebago Industries, Inc. (Winnebago) is recalling certain 2021-2025 Ekko motorhomes. The solar charging system was incorrectly designed without sufficient over-current protection, which can allow the circuit to overheat and melt the fuse.

A melted fuse increases the risk of a fire.

Storyteller Overland: Incorrect Weight Capacity on Label/FMVSS 120

Storyteller Overland, LLC (Storyteller Overland) is recalling certain 2024 GXV Next vehicles. The Cargo Carrying Capacity listed on the certification label is incorrect, which can allow the vehicle to be overloaded. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 120, "Wheels and Rims - Other than Passenger Cars."

An overloaded vehicle can increase the risk of a crash.
