Keystone RV Company: Side Window Incorrectly Labeled as Emergency Exit
Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Outback 330RL travel trailers. The side window was incorrectly labeled as an emergency exit, which can delay passengers from exiting in the event of an emergency.
A mislabeled window that will not allow passengers to exit in an emergency increases the risk of injury.
Dealers will remove the emergency exit sticker from the side window, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed April 4, 2025. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 25-462.
Forest River, Inc.: Incorrect Weight Rating on Placard/FMVSS 110 & 120
Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2017-2025 Coachmen Catalina and 2020-2025 Aurora travel trailers. The Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) on the Federal placard may exceed the safety chain rating. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) numbers 110, "Tire Selection and Rims" and 120, "Wheels and Rims - Other Than Passenger Cars."
An incorrect weight rating may lead to unintentionally overloading the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

Forest River, Inc.: Towing Coupler Underrated For Vehicle Weight
Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2025 Coachmen Catalina ACAT35FME travel trailers. The towing coupler may be underrated for the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of the trailer.
An underrated towing coupler can break, allowing the trailer to detach from the tow vehicle and increasing the risk of a crash.

Grand Design RV, LLC: Loose Axle Bearing Nut May Cause Tire To Detach
Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2025 Serenova travel trailers. The axle bearing nut may have been improperly tightened, causing the bearings to overheat.
Overheated bearings can increase the risk of a fire or cause the tire to detach from the travel trailer, increasing the risk of a crash.
Dealers will inspect and replace the bearings as needed, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed March 28, 2025. Owners may contact Grand Design customer service at 1-574-825-9679. Grand Design's number for this recall is 910049.
REV Recreation Group: Carbon Monoxide from Exhaust Fumes May Enter Cabin
REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2022-2025 Fleetwood Bounder, Flair, Fortis, Holiday Rambler Admiral, Invicta, Vacationer, 2023-2025 Fleetwood Flex, Holiday Rambler Eclipse, and 2022-2023 Fleetwood Southwind motorhomes. The engine exhaust tip may detach, allowing exhaust fumes to enter the cabin.
Exhaust fumes inside the cabin increases the risk of injury or death from carbon monoxide poisoning. In addition, a detached exhaust tip can become a road hazard for other road users, increasing the risk of a crash.
Dealers will install a clamp to the exhaust tip, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed April 26, 2025. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417. REV's number for this recall is 250221REV.
Jayco, Inc.: Incorrect Tire Information on Label
Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2025 Jayco Eagle fifth wheels, Eagle HT fifth wheels, and Eagle HT travel trailers. The certification label states incorrect tire load and tire size information. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of 49 CFR Part 567, "Certification."
Incorrect tire information could result in the wrong tires being installed on the trailer, increasing the risk of a crash.

Airstream, Inc.: Sofa Footrest Switch Wiring May Cause Fire
Airstream, Inc. (Airstream) is recalling certain 2021-2025 Airstream Classic 33', 2024-2025 Classic 30', and 2025 Classic 28' travel trailers. The sofa footrest switch may have underrated wiring, which can allow the wiring to overheat.
Overheated wires increase the risk of a fire.

Jayco, Inc.: Incorrect Cargo Capacity on Label/FMVSS 120
Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2024 Entegra Condor, Jayco Granite Ridge, 2025 Jayco Alante SE, Redhawk SE, and Entegra Odyssey SE motorhomes. The Occupant and Cargo Carrying Capacity (OCCC) on the Federal label may be incorrect and allow the vehicle to be overloaded. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 120, "Wheels and Rims - other than passenger cars."
An overloaded vehicle increases the risk of a crash.

Forest River, Inc.: Exposed Electrical Connector Wiring May Cause Fire
Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2025 Aurora ART26BHS travel trailers. The electrical connector for the air conditioner may have strands of wiring exposed, which can cause electrical arcing.
Electrical arcing increases the risk of a fire.

Keystone RV Company: Incorrectly Wired Electrical Box May Cause Fire
Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2025 Keystone Kodiak, Colorado 260RBC, 270BHC, 280BHC, and Sunset travel trailers. The 7-way cord and 12-volt distribution box were wired incorrectly, resulting in wiring with insufficient surge protection.
Unprotected electrical wiring can overheat and increase the risk of a fire.
