Forest River, Inc.: Tire May Fail and Cause Crash

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2024 Forest River Salem, and Wildwood travel trailers. The tire may contact the outrigger, causing the tire to fail.

Tire failure can cause a loss of control, increasing the risk of a crash.

Dealers will replace and relocate the outriggers, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed October 1, 2024. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-574-534-3167. Forest River's number for this recall is 44-1831.

Forest River, Inc.: Tire May Fail and Cause Crash

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Salem SBF325RL, and Wildwood WBF325RL travel trailers. The tires may contact chassis components, causing the tires to fail.

Tire failure can cause a loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash.

The remedy is currently under development. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed October 1, 2024. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-574-534 3167. Forest River's number for this recall is 69-1833.

Jayco, Inc.: Rearview Camera Image May Not Display/FMVSS 111

Jayco Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2023-2025 Entegra Ethos, Ethos LI, Arc, Jayco Swift, Swift LI, and Comet motorhomes. The radio software may prevent the rearview image from 
displaying. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 111, "Rear Visibility."

A rearview camera image that does not display decreases the driver's visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.

The radio software will be updated through an over-the-air (OTA) update or by a dealer, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed September 27, 2024.

Airstream, Inc.: Air Conditioner May Catch Fire

Airstream, Inc. (Airstream) is recalling certain 2024 Airstream Trade Wind travel trailers, equipped with certain GE air conditioners. The air conditioner soft start device may fail and overheat.

An air conditioner soft start device that overheats increases the risk of a fire.

The remedy is currently under development. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed November 11, 2024. Owners may contact Airstream customer service at support@airstream.com, 1-877-596-6505 or 1-937-596-611 ext. 7401.
 
Winnebago Industries, Inc.: Air Conditioner May Catch Fire

Winnebago Industries, Inc. (Winnebago) is recalling certain 2025 Winnebago View, Navion, and 2024-2025 Ekko recreational vehicles equipped with certain GE air conditioners. The air 
conditioner soft start device may fail and overheat.

An air conditioner soft start device that overheats increases the risk of a fire.

The remedy is currently under development. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed November 8, 2024. Owners may contact Winnebago customer service at 1-641-585-3535. Winnebago's number for this recall is 188.

Alliance RV, LLC: Bathroom Electrical Outlet Missing GFI Protection

Alliance RV, LLC is recalling certain 2024-2025 Alliance Valor 31T13 travel trailers. The front bathroom may be missing the Ground Fault Interrupter (GFI) and may not be connected to the GFI circuit.

A bathroom electrical outlet that is missing GFI protection can result in electrical shock, increasing the risk of injury.

Dealers will replace the standard receptacle with a GFI receptacle, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed in November 2024. Owners may contact Alliance

Airstream, Inc.: Electrical Power Hub May Overheat

Airstream, Inc. (Airstream) is recalling certain 2025 Airstream Classic travel trailers. The power hub supplying power to circuits may have an incorrect max fuse rating, which can allow the power hub to overheat.

A power hub that overheats increases the risk of a fire.

Dealers will replace the power hubs, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 24, 2024. Owners may contact Airstream customer service at support@airstream.com, 1-877-596-6505 or 1-937-596-611 ext. 7401.

Thor Motor Coach: LP Gas Tank May Overheat

Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling certain 2024 Palladium and Talavera motorhomes. The liquid propane (LP) tank is located too close to the chassis exhaust, which can allow the tank to overheat.

An LP tank that overheats can increase the risk of a fire.

Dealers will install a retrofit heatshield, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 17, 2024. Owners may contact TMC customer service at 1-877-500-1020. 

Ember Recreational Vehicles, INC: Incorrect Cargo Carrying Capacity on Label

Ember Recreational Vehicles, INC (Ember) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Overland Series, Touring Edition, and E-Series travel trailers. The certification labels list an incorrect cargo carrying capacity, which can allow the trailer to become overloaded. As such, these trailers fail to comply with 49 CFR Part 567, "Certification."

An overloaded trailer increases the risk of a crash.

Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc.: Subframe Truss May Collapse and Damage Wiring

Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2022-2025 Allegro Bay motorhomes. The subframe truss may collapse and pinch the electrical wiring, causing an electrical arc.

Electrical arcing increases the risk of a fire.

Dealers will reinforce the trusses, and repair damage as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed November 8, 2024. Owners may contact Tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661. Tiffin's number for this recall is TIF-142.

Storyteller Overland: Spare Tire May Detach

Storyteller Overland, LLC (Storyteller Overland) is recalling certain 2024 GXV Hilt vehicles. The spare tire mount may not be secured properly, allowing the spare tire to detach from the vehicle.

A detached spare tire can become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.

Dealers will replace the tire mount, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed November 8, 2024. Owners may contact Storyteller Overland customer service at 1-888-999-7442.

Alliance RV, LLC: Brakes May Fail to Engage on Detached Tow Vehicle

Alliance RV, LLC (Alliance) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Paradigm 295MK, 310RL, 340RL, 370FB, 375RD, 380MP, 382RK, 385FL, and 395DS fifth wheels. The 7-way electrical connection to the brake actuator may have been mis-wired, which can prevent the brakes from engaging if the tow vehicle detaches.

Brakes that fail to engage when a tow vehicle detaches increases the risk of a crash.

Winnebago Towable: Metal Siding Can Detach and Become a Road Hazard

Winnebago Towable (Winnebago) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Winnebago Access travel trailers. The metal siding may have been improperly attached and can come loose.

Loose siding can detach and become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.

Dealers will inspect and replace the siding as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed November 11, 2024. Owners may contact Winnebago customer service at 1-574-825-5250. Winnebago's number for this recall is CAM0000039.

Triple E Recreational Vehicles: Incorrect GVWR on Label

Triple E Recreational Vehicles (Triple E) is recalling certain Triple E 2024 Unity and Triple E 2024 Wonder motorhomes. The metric and imperial gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) values were transposed.

An incorrect label may lead to unintentionally overloading the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
