Readiness Testing

The Learning Center offers five self-assessments or readiness tests. Each question ties to a job specific skill or ability identified in the Competency Profile for the position. By identifying possible knowledge gaps, the tests help individuals gauge their preparedness for certification. Each online test takes no more than 10-20 minutes.

Five tests are available:

  • Service Manager - 32 questions

  • Service Writer/Advisor - 19 questions

  • Warranty Administrator - 24 questions

  • Parts Manager - 34 questions

  • Parts Specialist - 22 questions

The fee is $25 per test. The fee is credited toward the certification exam fee if the test-taker takes the certification exam within six months of the readiness test.

Once your application has been processed, you will receive an e-mail with login instructions. There is no activation required for readiness tests.
